Steering Committee – June 8

The Steering Committee will meet on Monday June 8th, at 5:30 pm.

Today we are excited to receive our newest members into the Beautiful Savoir family. Patrick and Daniela Barbier and Louis; Angela Carobene; Angela Carobene; Ted and Misti Hull; Tommy Kidd; Meagan Larson; and Maureen Reid. God bless our newest members as we all grow together in God’s Word and work together in sharing the good news of God’s love.

Lunch Bunch

Lunch Bunch will take place on Wednesday, June 17, at 11:30am. Lunch will be served here at church for our older and/or retired members and friends. If you would like to attend please sign up so the hosts can get an accurate headcount for the meal preparations. Our host will be Sandy Ebbinger. If you have questions, please talk with Pastor Holz.

Painting Class – June 13th

Joe Mclain will be leading a painting class on Saturday June 13, , from 9am- 12pm. Please note the date change. No skill level or experience is needed. Joe will lead you through it! A donation of $10 is requested that will go to Beautiful Savior. Space is limited to the first 15 who sign up, so if you would like to attend, please sign-up on the sheet on the entryway table.

Preschool Registration

Registration is now open for Church Members and the public for both the 3-4 and the 4-5 year-old classes. If you would like to register your child, please call the office at 931-905-1400.

Summer Sunday School and Bible Study Schedule

We will be taking a summer break from our regular Sunday morning schedule of Bible Study and Sunday School. There will not be Sunday School from Sunday, June 21-Sunday, August 2. Wednesday Bible Study will continue throughout the summer with the exception of June 10, 17 and 24. There will not be evening Bible Study on those dates.

Pastor Holz Out of Town

Pastor Holz and family are out of town this weekend, to attend the graduation of their nephew from Luther Preparatory School in Watertown, WI. He will be back in the office on Tuesday.

Our Thanks!

A big “thank you” to Tim Nommensen for sharing God’s Word with us today and conducting our service. Tim is a former WELS Pastor who served congregations in Freeland, MI and Reedsville, WI. He and his wife Sandy live in Paris, TN.

New Sunday Morning Bible Study Begins

Today we began a new bible study, the book of Genesis. Genesis is the first book of the Bible, and it all begins in this important book! The beginning of the world, of life, of people, of God’s plan of salvation is all here! Bible study begins at 9:30 in the fellowship hall. You don’t need to know or bring anything. Just come spend time in the Word of God!

Lunch Bunch Help

We are looking for a volunteer to help make lunch on a monthly basis for our Lunch Bunch. Lunch Bunch is often attended by our older or retired members. If you would like to help, please speak with Pastor Holz.

Mornings With Mommy – Monkeys, Zebras, and the Zoo

Moms and Dads, our Mornings With Mommy has returned. All Mornings With Mommy start at 9am. Dates and themes for the Spring Schedule are: Monday, April 20 – Rain, Clouds and Puddles Monday, May 4 – Mother’s Day Flowers Monday, May 18 – Monkeys, Zebras and the Zoo Limited to 10 families per session. Sessions are $5 per family. All ages are welcome. Please go to the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church Website for Special Events Coming Up.

Preschool Graduation – May 14th

Please join us in celebrating our Preschool Class of 2025-2026. The date will be May 14, 2026, at 6:30pm in the Sanctuary. Everyone is welcome.

Nurture and Outreach Meeting

The Nurture and Outreach committee will meet Wednesday May 6th at 5:00 pm

Steering Committee Meeting

The Steering Committee will meet Monday May 4th at 5:30 pm.

New Wednesday Bible Study

We are beginning a new Wednesday evening Bible Study on Wednesday, April 22. The study will work through the book of Daniel. Class meets weekly at 6:00pm in the fellowship hall. Everything is provided. Just come and enjoy some time with others in the word of God!

Would You Like To Learn More?

Whether this is the first time that you have been in church or this is something that you have done your whole life, there is always more to learn. We have Bible Information classes (BIC) which are a summary of the main message of the Bible. This class is also our pre-membership class. We also have mid-week Bible Study starting on April 15 (Wednesday) at 6pm in the fellowship hall. We also have every Sunday, Bible Study and Sunday School for all ages. These classes start at 9:30am on Sundays. Nothing is required. All are welcome!
