Our Purpose
Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool is operated under the direction of the Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool Committee. Our preschool practices the teachings of which is affiliated with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.
To this end, children attending our preschool will daily hear the truths of God’s inspired Word, the Bible. They will also be offered a wide variety of activities that will seek to develop the whole child: physically, intellectually, socially, emotionally, creatively, and spiritually. We will provide a program that reflects the developmental level of each child through active and quiet, individual and group, and indoor and outdoor activities. We believe in providing a program that offers a warm, nurturing environment, with varied educational experiences under the guidance of a well-trained staff.
Overview
Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool opened in 2006 with 8 students. In 2018, our program has grown to proudly serve over 60 families.The heart of our program is our conservative Bible based approach to education. The students enjoy learning a new Bible lesson each day in addition to standard concepts based on a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Our Pastor provides a weekly Chapel lesson for our Monday, Wednesday, Friday sessions and bi-monthly Chapel for our Tuesday/Thursday sessions.
Beautiful Savior Preschool is licensed by the state of Tennessee. Each year we undergo a series of evaluations and inspections by the Tennessee Department of Health and Human Services. Evaluations are completed in order to maintain compliance with licensing standards in regards to classroom health and safety, documentation and playground safety standards. We earned a 3 star rating again this year, which is the highest rating a program can receive in Tennessee. We work with the state to continually improve our program and facilities in order to provide an exceptional learning environment for all students.

Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool is operated by Beautiful Savior Evangelical Lutheran church. As such, all programs, activities, and educational philosophies will strive to display and communicate the love of God as seen in His only son, Jesus Christ. Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool admits students of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available in our program. We do require all children to participate in Christian devotional activities, Bible stories, prayers, and songs as practiced and taught by Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church.
Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool is open from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Children must be three years old and potty trained by August 15.
Children must be self-sufficient in the bathroom. We realize accidents happen and ask that a second set of clothing be at school at all times. Please include shirt, pants, underwear, socks, and shoes (if possible) that are labeled with your child’s name.
New families are enrolled on a first come first serve basis. If there is a waiting list in place, members of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church members receive priority.

These sessions are available to 3 year old children. (Child must be 3 and potty trained by August 15.)
The sessions will be from 8:30-11:30, with an additional option for extended care.*
Children may attend:

*Extended Care
Extended Care will be available Monday through Friday and run from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for the Half Day Session. This is a more relaxed session with much more focus on free play and social time. The children bring their own lunch and eat with the teacher and other students. The cost for daily extended care sessions is $20.00 per day. If you would like to have your child attend extended care, please just let the teacher know ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.
Parents who enroll their child in extended care on a monthly basis will see a significant savings over paying on a time by time basis.

These sessions are open to 4-5 year old children. (Child must be 4 by August 15.) The sessions will be from 8:30-2:30. The prices listed include a morning snack. The children will bring their own lunch and eat with the teacher and other students.

Autopay (Vanco Program)
Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool provides parents with the option to set up automatic payments through Vanco Services. This secure program is used by more than 6,000 churches and preschools. Vanco is a secure and simple way to make tuition payments, which allows you to set it up and forget it.
Vanco is free for you and can be started or stopped at any time. If you are not sure if you are moving midyear or the date of moving gets changed, it is easy to cancel or adjust the payments at any point with no penalty or paperwork for you. If you sign-up with our Vanco program you will receive a $5 discount on tuition. That is a $50 savings over the course of the year. To sign up, just fill out an authorization form, and attach a voided check at the orientation meeting in August.

Beautiful Savior Lutheran Preschool is licensed by the Tennessee Department of Human Services. After each annual review period we are evaluated and issued a report card based on a variety of categories including staff development, parent involvement, and classroom assesments. The highest rating a school can receive is 3 stars. We are happy to report that for the 14th straight year we have been awarded a 3 star rating! We will continue to work with the state to provide quality care for your child.
